Situated in Christchurch Central City, this brand new studio unit is the perfect escape from home. The property includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a balcony to enjoy the city, plus the added benefit of being a pet-friendly home. Additionally, it is conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, New World Supermarket, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre, and a wide range of other amenities. Please note there is 1 flight of stairs to climb to reach the property, the living area itself is on one level. The kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas are an open-plan studio. There is a Washer/Dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen as well as a fold-out dining table. A Murphy bed/couch and wardrobe located are in the bedroom area. Also on this floor is a full-size bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure.
