The Yellow House is a fresh, modern and comfortable beach house only a few minutes walk from Kaka Point Beach. Located in a quiet street near native forest, you can enjoy sitting in the large sunny deck admiring the sea views and listening to native birds.
My husband Jared and I live in Balclutha with our two daughters Paige, Taylor and our friendly wee dog Lucy. During the week we work full time, running a Bed and Breakfast from home and recently buying this beach house in Kaka Point so we can enjoy at weekends with our family.
Kaka Point is a popular seaside village with a permanent population of approximately 300 people which is boosted by holidaymakers during summertime.
