Fully insulated and double-glazed, with a heat pump/air-conditioning unit to ensures year round comfort.

The tiny house is a short walk to Hamilton Lake (Lake Rotoroa) and the hospital. A 5 minute drive to Hamilton township or the beautiful Hamilton Gardens. It is an easy 15min stroll into town from the tiny house. You can also walk to the lake in a couple of minutes where there is a beautiful path around Hamilton Lake (Lake Rotaroa) and cafe for coffee or lunch. Parking is readily available with on and off street parking at no charge.
