Has kitchenette (no cooking facilities, just toastie maker and toaster + tea and coffee making facilities)queen bed with luxury linen. Close to Mapua, galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes. Designed for natural light and to wake to stunning sun rises. NOTE: there are curtains BUT not 100% block out so if you want a really dark room, sorry the POD will not suit you. The sauna is located to the west of the POD looking over the western orchard.

Hello from Jane & John We purchased this property in 2024 from once being 100% Apple Orchard, we have cleared half of the Apple trees and built The POD, and The LOFT - we will add additional buildings in time. But at the moment our focus is on planting and creating a relaxing and special environment for our guests to stay.

We are very close to Mapua Wharf, lovely part of the world. We are just off the main highway to the Able Tasman National Park so great place to stay if you want a night of luxury before you start walking the Abel Tasman Track or on your return. Close to both Richmond (all amenities) 28 minutes to Nelson airport and Nelson City 35 minutes. Mahana is a very beautiful, perfect for relaxing and exploring all around the Tasman district.
