'Aporo', say "A-po-raw" with a rolling r, means apple & speaks to the simplicity & colour that accents the home, as well as the apple-orchardist background of the family that is lucky enough to call this fantastic home their family holiday home!
**NOTES:
Noise restrictions - Neighbourhood quiet rules apply between 10pm and 7:30am. Breach of this rule may result in security callout & venue charges.
Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony.
Personal residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use.
Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway.
**BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

Stoke Village, Stoke Brewery & Cafe, Isel Park, Broadgreen Rose Gardens, Marsden Valley MTB trails, Monaco Peninsula & Tahunanui Beach are close by. Nelson City Center, Richmond Town Centre, Rabbit Island & Mapua are an easy drive!
