Stunning Alpine Views from these two modern open plan homes with kitchen/dining, lounge, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms and laundry in each.
Only 15 minutes drive to Lake Tekapo. Both Mt Dobson and Roundhill Ski Areas are only 30 minutes away.
Wireless internet are provided. There is now mobile phone coverage.
Lake Tekapo is 15 minutes away by car. Fairlie is also 15 minutes in the other direction. Both Lake Tekapo and Fairlie have a small supermarket, cafe's and places to eat.
Both the local ski field are only a few minutes away. Roundhill is approximately 30 minutes to the ski field car park. Mt Dobson is approximately 5 minutes to the bottom of the access road.
