Please choose from ONE of the following options :-
THE ENTIRE THREE BEDROOM HOUSE is suitable for the larger groups of 5-6 guests. (5 guests minimum, 6 guests maximum, including children).  You will have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms in total, 2 x queen beds and 2 x king single beds.  A large, modern & well-equipped kitchen, with spacious open plan living/dining areas.  The 3rd bedroom includes a kitchenette & spacious living with privacy.  A BBQ & outdoor dining areas are also available.
THE TWO BEDROOM HOUSE is just perfect for 2-4 guests, offering the large modern kitchen as above.  2 bedrooms consisting of Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ensuite & walk-in wardrobe and Bedroom 2:  2 x King single beds & small wardrobe with the second bathroom beside this room.  You will enjoy the open plan dining & living areas or for those warmer evenings, the outside BBQ entertaining areas are just perfect.  Rest assure you will be the only guests staying at the property.
THE ONE BEDROOM OPTION is popular for 1-2 guests, offering a cheaper option.  A modern and spacious unit consisting of a well-equipped kitchenette, queen bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.  Please note there is no cooking facilities in this option other than the microwave, however you have full access to the outside entertaining areas including the BBQ for your cooking requirements.  You also have a good selection of nearby eateries for dining out.  The kitchenette has a small fridge & dishwasher, plates & cultery.  Rest assure you will be the only guests staying at the property.
Dogs (maximum 3) stay for free and will enjoy the large, fully fenced, grass back yard. Rules apply, which are sent to you after the reservation is received. NO CATS or other pets permitted.

Wai Matangi Place is a quiet cul-de-sac with a combination of permanent residents and holiday homes. Surrounded by reserves and playgrounds, paved walking & biking tracks, including a nearby forestry track. Motuoapa is becoming a popular settlement, due to its close proximity to Lake Taupo, and central to many tourist attractions.  It is also a friendly and safe place to stay and dog friendly too, providing plenty of options to exercise your dogs.
Walking distance to the popular Lake Taupo and the beautiful Motuoapa marina in Motuoapa Bay, which offers a new boat ramp to launch the boat or jet ski for all water activities.  Also backing on to the Tongariro River and many popular trout fishing spots.  Local trout fishing guides are available.
Only 10 minutes north of Turangi for all your amenities, handy to several popular cafes and restaurants, 35 minutes to Taupo and 45 minutes to National Park where you will find many activities such as the Tongariro Crossing, Whakapapa and Turoa Ski Fields and The Sky Waka.
