I am a nurse who has been working in the hospitality industry for a few years. In early 2024 I started the company "Kristoffersen Hospitality" and I now have this as my main profession. New, stylish and modern villa close to the beach at Kvalnes in Lofoten. With free SAUNA and BIKES A perfect place to seek peace and a relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. The house has large windows facing the sea and panoramic views of the midnight sun. Villa Walter is equipped with brand new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, an espresso coffee machine. The dining room is spacious with a table that can be folded out to 14 people if desired. The living room is large with plenty of seating, and a TV with Chromecast where you can stream your own content. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, as well as a smaller toilet room with toilet and sink. At the front of the house there is a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. At the back there is a large terrace with afternoon sun where you can sit and listen to the birdlife from the mountainside. Villa Walter offers an electric vehicle charger. A perfect place for families, couples or groups.

Kvalnes is located on the outer side of what is considered the most open area along the coastline on the northern side of Lofoten. It is one of the six inhabited places in Vestvågøy with the midnight sun. The place is located in a historic abandoned fishing village, or Kleivan as we call it. Geographically it is a detour of 8 km from the main road E10, between the two largest towns in Lofoten - Svolvær and Leknes. Here you have proximity to wild nature, presence and tranquility. Changing light conditions, wind conditions, tides, northern lights and snow. There are great cycling conditions along the road, as there is little traffic in the area. You can borrow bicycles for free, (April- September) 3 women's, 3 men's and 1 children's/junior bicycle 24" are available as you wish. Animal and bird life is abundant here, especially the eagle is a spectacular sight when it soars just above the house. Just below the villa there is a beach, which you can swim from - or maybe pick some nice shells? An evening walk along the pier at Kleivan is a beautiful sight in the midnight sun. If you want to enjoy the view of the northern lights, you have good conditions for it here, as there is little or no light pollution. The area offers countless hiking opportunities, including to the mountain Haveren which is 808m above sea level. It is a hiking paradise here, summer and winter. On foot or by randonnée from an endless selection of mountain peaks. The nearest grocery store Spar Borg is 19 km away. The house is centrally located in Lofoten with short distances to almost everything you want to explore.
