My house is located on a large and peaceful plot at the end of a cul-de-sac, but is still easily accessible from the city center. The ferry to Denmark is 4 km away. Staying at Villa Svale is perfect for those who need a good night's sleep in peaceful surroundings. Here you will have it to yourself, with your own entrance, hallway, large bathroom and two bedrooms. You also have the large garden at your disposal during your stay. The garden is fenced in, so it is also great for dogs, who can play and run freely🐕😊 There is no extra charge, but I would like to be informed if you are bringing a dog🙂 Unfortunately, there is NO kitchen here, but simple food can be prepared. (There is a kettle, microwave and refrigerator.)

Villa Svale is located in a quiet residential area about 4 km from Kristiansand city center and the ferries to Denmark. 500 m from the house there are large areas with idyllic hiking trails in open forest terrain with many bathing waters. If you want to go down to the sea to swim and fish, Auglandsbukta and Storeneset are the closest options, about 1 km away. The distance to the Vågsbygd Amfi shopping center is 800 m, and there are several shops and takeaway options nearby.
