Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland, built in 1770. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
All rooms and cottages at Vangsgaarden have a flat-screen satellite TV and a seating area. The cabins are housed in traditional Norwegian fisherman cottages, and include private kitchen facilities. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi.
Every day, from April to October, Vangsgaarden Gastropub serves meals and drinks in a cosy atmosphere and a breakfast buffet is offered at Aabelheim, the oldest building on the site.
Nærøyfjord can be reached by boat from Aurland, and the property is a minute's walk from the dock and a beach area. The 12th-century Undredal Stave Church is within 45 minutes' drive. Flåm and Flåm Railway are 12 km away.
