This house from year 1803 is totaly rebuild. Outside it is still the same but inside it is modern with an old look. All of the modern things like wifi, tv channels and smart house light and heating is there. Outside a terrace around the house so at you can sit in the sun or shaddow when you like. Gassgrill is on the terrace and while you are eating you can look the the forest if a moose is coming by. In summer you can walk through the forest and in winter langlauf is a good option. But if you like to gather berries or mushrooms will that be an option in september, october.
Vikersund bakken is the biggest ski jumping area in the world, take a walk up to the top and then you will be aware what kind of dare-devils these men and women are to jump from that hight. Åmot is 10 km away and there are the old cobalt mines. In Kongberg (50 km) are the silvermines. When you want to visit Oslo it is just 50 minutes by car. In winter you can go out of the frontdoor and go in to the forest to walk or langlauf skiing.
