The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area without noise from cars, but still centrally located in the best area of ​​the city. Perfect for singles, couples and families with children. The pool is the children's favorite 😁 ****We are currently renovating the apartment, welcome back to a state-of-the-art apartment**** Very good location to Herøya Industripark in connection with the business trip (3.7 km). Walking distance to the city center, bus and shop. The apartment contains: private entrance, combined living room/bedroom, toilet and bathroom. Heating cables on all floor surfaces. You also have access to TV with world channels and high-speed internet with good coverage throughout the property. We offer a free heated swimming pool in summer, a spacious wood-fired sauna with health-giving jadeite stones (available year-round) In spring and autumn, the pool is used as a cold plunge after the sauna. The apartment has a stove with hotplates, a refrigerator and an AEG 7000 series washing machine that both washes and dries in the same cycle (remember to press the Autodry button). You will have clean and dry clothes in about 7 hours. Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price. The sauna can be used freely for free, or if you want an extra luxurious experience, you can book one of our Spa & Sauna packages with beauty treatments.
