Opera Apartments offers exclusive and fully furnished apartments for semi-long rental in Bjørvika and at Sørenga, Oslo. The apartments are located in new and exciting buildings and the majority are located in the Barcode-project in Operakvarteret. We accommodate a range of different guests every week; business travellers, insurance clients and tourists on vacation to mention some. Accordingly, we emphasise the importance that our apartments are furnished to accommodate the various needs our guests may have and we think it is important that you are able to continue your daily routines while staying with us. All of our apartments are fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home, whether you are staying with us for a shorter or a longer period. In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment to make food, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a laundry machine in the bathroom in case you need to do laundry during your stay. With an approximate 5 - 10 minute walking distance to Oslo Central Station, Opera Apartments is a favourable choice for you who wish to stay in a central location in close vicinity to all of the public transportation options available.

Neighbourhood information

Much has changed in Bjørvika and Sørenga during these past few years. From being an isolated dock area characterised by industry and storage buildings, it has transformed into an area of interesting architectural buildings accommodating businesses, residences and cultural provisions. It is an area in development and when it is finished, it will accommodate the homes and workplaces of around 30.000 people! You find a selection of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs, and if you rather prefer to cook your own meals, there is also a supermarket in the area. The central location of Opera Apartments gives you the opportunity to experience large parts of Oslo by foot. For example, the Norwegian Opera and Ballet is located only a stone's throw away from your apartment. With its wonderful architecture it has proven to be a popular attraction among tourists in Oslo. If you continue further towards the city centre you will reach the main shopping street, Karl Johans Gate. In many ways, Opera Apartments is in the centre of all things. The close proximity to Oslo Central Station makes it easy for you to get from you apartment to all that Oslo can offer.

Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays. You must be over 25 years to stay with us and have a valid ID card.
During Thursday to Sunday, guests under the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.
