Lofoten Cabins

Your hosts are Tom and Julie. We moved to Lofoten in 2022. We live locally and are more than happy to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. We enjoy all the activities Lofoten has to offer; like hiking, skiing, kayaking, boating, fishing and bike riding. If you need tips or suggestions for activities during your stay, please feel free to ask.

Our four cabins are newly built in 2023. They are of a high standard, fully equipped and each with huge windows and a wrap-around balcony to take in the spectacular views of the water and surrounding mountains. The cabins consist of combined living and dining, two bedrooms that both have 2 x 90cm beds which can be separated or combined for a double bed. There is an open alcove with a 140cm daybed that can be used as an additional sleeping area. There is a full bathroom with shower and WC. Cabins 3 and 4 are located on the upper level and require guests to walk and carry their luggage up some stairs (see pictures). Cabins 1 and 2 are located on the lower level, where there is a small staircase as access. The kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utilites, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.

The cabins are situated in the heart of everything Lofoten has to offer. They are located 15 minutes by car from Svolvær and 20 minutes from Henningsvær. The property is in a quiet, residential area with very few houses surrounding it. There is close proximity to mountian hikes/ski touring and beaches. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes by car in Kabelvåg, this is also where you will find the Lofoten Aquarium and Museum. In the picturesque fishing village of Henningsvær you will find gorgeous little cafes, galleries and gift shops.
