Kj�rsvik �vre is an old family farm in Kj�rsvika, a beautiful bay on the brink of the fjords and the open sea. The farmhouse continues a separate flat for guests with a little library and a dining room with an open fire. Farm animals, riding lessons in dressage and historical combat riding, hacking, fishing-and hiking opportunities and a grand beach. Kj�rsvika is a peaceful and beautiful spot right before the great shores of Hustadvika with the fishing village of Bud and The Atlantic Road. From the house there is a fine view to the beach belonging to the farm and the impressive mountain panorama across the fjord. The old farmhouse is surrounded by a garden and a little forest. You may enjoy going down to the sea grilling your catch of the day by the boat house, or even find something in the vegetable garden. In the house: Nostalgic and personal interior with details from family history and gone days. Several fire places and a little library. Outdoors: Just outside the house: Garden and a little forest with barbeque opportunities. Sandy beach and playground right above it, seashore, forest and nice walks. There is a riding arena and a round pen right by it.

We enjoy our ancestors' home and would like to share it with nice people from all over the world. We live at the other part of the house and are normally available for questions and a chat. This is a working farm and we will sometimes attend to our daily chores outside. If you like you may book riding lessons while you are here!
