Our private guest house is located by the sea at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac in Tau. This villa, featuring a stunning sea view, is fully equipped for self-catering. The beds are adorned with white linens, and we provide fresh towels and basic amenities free of charge. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies during your stay. However, please note that we do not offer breakfast or any other meals.

The sea view villa is a family endeavor that was completed in 2016. Together, we share a passion for renting out our modern sea view villa to adventurers of all kinds.

With the tunnel linking Tau and Stavanger, enjoying both hiking and urban life has never been easier. Spend your days exploring the vibrant city of Stavanger, then unwind in the evenings on your private deck, taking in the stunning skyline, before heading out for a hike the following day. All of this is just a short drive away from our sea view villa. The sea view villa is situated 18 km from the trail leading to The Pulpit Rock (Preikestolen) and is only a 30-minute drive from Stavanger's city center. You can hike in the nearby mountains, launch your kayak to discover the fjord, or take a refreshing swim from the piers located just 15 meters below the villa. A day trip to Kjerag (The Bolt) is also easily within reach. Moreover, the Preikestolen Golfklubb (Pulpit Rock Golf Club) is conveniently located nearby, right before the parking area for the trail to Preikestolen.
