A full bathroom, three bedroom, a terrace facing the highest mountain in Bogen on the second floor and one bedroom on the basement, on the ground floor; living, dinning, kitchen, veranda and toilet near the entryway on the rightside a door going down to basement bedroom, laundry and storage room for the house stuff. The proposed full bath in the basement is not yet materialized.

The property is 5 mins walk from E10 road moreover the view from the window is the ocean on the other side of E10 road, Niingsfjell the highest mountain in Bogen, the house is near the Strandvatnet lake where the residence near the area has access for fresh salmon fishing.During the winter season the northern lights coming out just step out the door and it’s all over. Summer time the midnightsun will surprise you. A 45 minutes drive to take a heated underground swimming pool in Grotebadet, when the weather is nice and clear sky Nupen has a good midnightsun sighting in nearby town. Bunnpris opens man-fre 9:00-21:00 sat 9:00-20:00 closed on sundays beside this grocery store is a bank a 10 minutes walk from the Guesthouse, Yx gasoline station and Niingskroa serves hamburgers a 5 minutes walk. Take time to hike the Niingsfjell and walk around the Strandvatnet lake. Moose huanting in the area. Enjoy the peaceful and quite unique place.
