Old farmhouse in use till 1965. The former stable has been converted into 2 cabins. The former workshop is converted into 1 cabin. The cows used to walk in which is now our garden. Our drinking water is coming from a well, filled by a small stream coming down from the mountain. You cannot get your water more pure and fresh.

Walking distance from grocery shop and gasstation with small restaurant. A lot of cultural, archeological and traditional places to visit in Skåbu itself. Stunning nature just around the corner and in every direction. Lots of possibilities (hiking, biking, canoing, cartrips, cross country skiing, hunting, fishing, etc.) for families with (small) children as well as for the more trained who is looking for a challenge.
