Bjørvika Apartments was established in Oslo in 2009 with a modest two apartments for rental. Today we manage more than two hundred apartments. We opened our department in Trondheim in 2019 and we have several modern apartments here. We accommodate a range of different guests every week; business travelers, insurance clients and tourists on vacation to mention some. Accordingly, we emphasis the importance that our apartments are furnished to accommodate the various needs that our guests may have. We also think it is important that you can continue your daily routines while staying with us. The apartments have efficient floor planning, large windows, balconies, good ventilation and soundproofing. The apartments are located at several different locations at Solsiden in Trondheim. The different addresses are Trenerys gate 4/7, Dyre Halses Gate 4-16 and Verftsgata 1. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a seating areas, separate bedroom(s) and a bathroom with a laundry machine Accordingly, you can make your own food, rest on the couch while watching television or reading a book, or doing laundry, all within the comfort of your own apartment.

The apartments are centrally located in the Solsiden area.

The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim.

Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter.

Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

From Thursday to Sunday, guests aged 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family.

If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor.

Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 2.05 meters.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
