Public transport is very limited (few buses on weekdays, almost none on weekends/holidays). • The nearest grocery store is a 20-minute drive. → Please bring food and supplies before arriving. • We cannot offer transportation, taxi service is very expensive in this area, and taxis may not always be available. • This is a quiet rural location — perfect for nature lovers, not suitable for guests expecting city convenience. • Our sweet cat Dante 🐾 lives here with us. If you have allergies or are uncomfortable around pets, please keep this in mind before booking! About the Stay • Beautiful surroundings with mountain and sea views. • Excellent location for northern lights in winter — often visible from the doorstep. • Close to popular destinations such as Sommarøy and Senja. • Your host is a professional artist, and you are welcome to join art activities, draw, paint, or simply relax. The charm of this place is that it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. We have a few buses each weekday going to and from Tromsø and Sommerøya. The nearest grocery store is a 20-minute drive, so make sure you bring enough food! Because we cannot offer transportation for guests, we advise to rent a car to explore the island in all freedom or plan your trip in advance in the Svipper app.
