Studio met privé badkamer in woonark. In de natuur en waterrijke omgeving in deze knusse en ruime zelfstandige accommodatie. Vrij liggend aan een lommerrijk wandellaantje in de mooiste jaren 30 wijk van Utrecht, Oog in Al. In een intiem stadspark met diverse horeca van goede kwaliteit op loopafstand,, loopafstand van het centraal treinstation en stadscentrum 20 min (1,6 km), busverbinding op 2 min (170 mtr). Goede en snelle toegang met auto van en naar de snelweg (A2, A12, A27). Helaas vanaf mei 2025 zal er een betaald parkeren zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag van 06.00 tot 11.00. Buiten deze tijdens is het gratis parkeren.
Hallo ik ben Monique. Ik woon sinds 2002 samen met mijn man in Utrecht, net buiten het centrum, op deze geweldige woonark op deze prachtige plek. De ark hebben we (mijn man) zelf ontworpen, net als de tuin. Ik vind het erg leuk om als host op te treden en onze gasten een heerlijk verblijf in onze fijne woonark te bezorgen en wegwijs te maken in onze prachtige woonomgeving en mooie stad. Ook houd ik van lekker en ontdekkend koken maar dat doe ik alleen voor onszelf;-) voor onze gasten zijn er gelukkig goede alternatieven vlakbij. Daarnaast reizen we zelf ook graag en hebben we al heel wat mensen in verschillende werelddelen en landen ontmoet. Daarnaast is het regelmatig hardlopen, zo vanaf onze woonark, net als wintersport een gezamenlijke passie.
