Rosa Arvensis is located in a former beer brewery in the Rosevillage Lottum. 80% of Dutch roses come from Lottum. In the summer the whole region, including our garden, smells like roses! Your rooms all have their own terrace where you can sit outside. You can use the whole garden, where you will find various seating areas, loungers and hammock swings. Also our swimming pool is open in July and August. In the winter you can sit comfortably by the fireplace in our living room. Here you can still find some old details from the old beer brewery. This has merged with 3 other breweries in the Hertog Jan Beer Breweries in Arcen. There are still various authentic details present on the inside and outside of the house. We have delicious bathrobes and bath products from the exclusive Brand Rituals, and we even have a room with a private sauna.

After having had a job with a large Multinational for 21 years, we started with Residence La Vie en Rose with great enthusiasm. Although my husband still has a job next to our B & B, together with our family, 2 daughters, we run this B & B with a lot of passion. We absolutely love taking care of guests. I can also use my passion for cooking in here because we also have regular guests that eat here. The reward is the good feeling people have when they leave here, completely relaxed and looking back on a few wonderful days.

Noord Limburg is unfortunately less known to people than South Limburg but that is completely unjustified. It is beautiful here in all seasons. It is the perfect walking and cycling area, and yes also for the not so experienced walker and cyclist because there are not such big differences in altitude. In the spring and summer you can enjoy the roses, blueberries and strawberries here. You can visit the regional museum de Locht. We are 2.5 km from the Castle Gardens in Arcen and of course the best ice cream Shop in Europe, ice cream Shop Clevers. In the winter you can visit the numerous Christmas markets just across the border in Germany and how about a day out shopping in Roermond. Toverland in Sevenum is also close to the youngest.
