Discover this tidal land NEWLY OPENED: Molecaten Park Waterdunen in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, the Netherlands! Here you will experience lots of time and space. The beautiful holiday homes and lovely glamping tents are perfect for beach and nature lovers. Our park is located right by the sea and in the middle of the unique nature reserve of the same name, where many species of birds nest and come to recharge their batteries, just like you. Every hour of the day, the landscape of mudflats and salt marshes changes and the ever-flowing tides determine your view, so there is never a dull moment. Book your holiday in the middle of this tidal landscape and experience a unique holiday (short or long) on the coast. Stimulate your senses and experience the freedom of Waterdunen!

Molecaten Park Waterdunen is located directly on the coast of Zeeland. The beautiful beach is perfect for kite flying, walking or a lazy day on the beach. From the park you can quickly reach the Belgian border, ideal for making trips to the cosy Belgian cities. Enjoy the romance of Brugge, the shopping in Knokke and the many historical monuments in Antwerp. The Waterdunen nature reserve of the same name is unique and an icon for Zeeland. This nature reserve is proof that Zeeland now uses water in a differently way. In this 350-hectare nature and recreation area, the tide has the leading role. With its mudflats, salt marshes, tidal flats and shallow water, Waterdunen is an important refuelling station for birds and a nursery for fish.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 5.10 per night, per pet and a cleaning fee of EUR 20.00 per stay.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Please inform the property during the booking process if you plan to bring a pet, using the Special Requests box.

The charges for household linen and towels are as follows: Household linen: EUR 6.90 per package, one kitchen towel and two tea towels. Towels: EUR 6.90 per package, one bath towel and one hand towel.

Camping cots, including a thin mattress, are available for an additional charge of EUR 8.20 per stay, excluding blanket and linen.

A child's high chair is available by request for an extra charge of EUR 8.20 per stay.

Guests must pay an additional EUR 5.60 to park a second vehicle in the central parking lot, if possible.

Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent towels or kitchen towels. Renting towels and kitchen linen is not mandatory.

Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

Please note that long-term rental is not possible.

Please note that due to local law, the property is only allowed to offer recreational stays.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Payment in advance is required. After booking, the property will contact you with payment instructions.

For an additional €35.00, we will record your preference for a specific location in the park.
