The owners have very obviously injected a healthy amount of love while bringing Het Kabinet to life, and their personalized touch is everywhere – it’s really very refreshing. We cannot overstate what a great location the beautiful De Pijp is. Het Kabinet is only a short walk away from a vast selection of cafés, restaurants and concept boutiques, in addition to the local market and, crucially, the tram service. It’s really the best base for an Amsterdam adventure that one could ask for.

From Middle Eastern and North African cuisine to high-end Teppanyaki and Vietnamese street food, the neighbourhood’s cultural diversity shines through in its restaurants.
