The reception is open from 8:30 until 12:00 hours and from 13:00 until 17:00 hours. But the staff can always be reached by phone.
Deposit:
- Reservations made within 30 days before arrival: Full payment upon arrival.
- Reservations made before 30 days before arrival: 50% prepayment by bank transfer (before 30 days), remaining amount to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
Please note that pets are only allowed upon request in the 2-persons apartment on the ground floor, 2-persons suite's ground floor, 4-persons apartment and the 6-persons apartment. costs are 10 euros per dog.
Please note that special rules may apply for groups. If you book more than 2 rooms, please contact de berkenhof first. De Berkenhof does not accept large groups such as bachelor parties, larger sports groups, etc.
