Please note that children of 16 and 17 years old can stay in a shared dorm, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note there is a disabled access and a lift at the rear end of the building. Quadruple rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Failure to return the key card on check out will incur a EUR 2 fee, charged to the card provided.

If the booking name is different to the name on the payment card, the hostel may request a copy of the photo ID or card.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted at the property.

At Clink Noord guests will only be able to access their room from 3pm. A luggage room is available for guest use if they arrive earlier than 3pm. Check out time is 10am.

Guests are advised that all dormitories are mixed, unless a female dormitory is booked.

The hostel cannot guarantee that guests travelling together will be placed in the same room when booking a bed in a dorm room. Guests are advised to book a private or whole room to guarantee this.

Please note, there are no parking spaces directly at the hostel. Surcharge parking is available nearby.

"CHECK-IN/OUT:

Check in from 3pm

Check out up to 10am.

Please make sure to bring valid photo identification with you, a passport, government-issued I.D. card or driving license - no photocopies will be accepted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). Guests who wish to bring their children under 16 years of age must book a whole dorm or private room. For guests aged 16 or 17 years of age, they can book into one of dorm rooms but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over).

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is not included in the price.

Breakfast from 9.9 EUR per adult. You need to contact the hostel to book your breakfast.

Breakfast is served between 7.00 AM and 10.30 AM on weekdays and between 08.00 AM and 11.30 AM on weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Non-Refundable rate: this rate offers no flexibility. Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled are prepaid. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Fully Flexible rate: This rate offers full flexibility on your booking up to 24hrs prior to arrival. The total price of the booking will be charged 24hrs before arrival.

GENERAL:

Non-smoking hostel.

24-hour reception.

Towels are provided only specific rooms, such as private rooms. For other room types, towels can be rented for a small fee. Guests are also welcome to bring their own towels.

There is no onsite parking available.

No pets or animals are allowed, apart from guide dogs. Please contact the hostel form more information.

Maximum stay of 14 days

TAXES:

City tax is not included in the room rate and will be added to your balance. Please note that the city tax of Amsterdam is 12.5%.

ACCESSIBILITY:

Some of our private Quad/Family rooms available for wheelchair users. These rooms are located near the elevator and can accommodate up to four people (with one double bed and two single beds in bunks). Please contact the hostel for more information, their reservations team will be happy to provide you more information.

GROUPS POLCIY:

Group conditions apply to all groups of 20 people or more. Special terms and conditions will apply for group bookings. We recommend you contact the hostel for more information."

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
