It is now 40 years that traveled to South and Central America, fell in love with the colonial style, became a dream of mine to have one of my own and it had to have two courtyards. Finding the right place wasn't easy, than finding a team of builder, language barrier, being alone the challenge was huge, but it was my choice.

Granada is a small city, the greatest thing is everything is at walking distances. Very safe to walk around, families sit outside there front door and kids play on the street, (some areas. They play soccer, baseball). Transportation in taxi is 1/3rd of a dollar per person.
