Solyar beachfront home is the place to add to your chest of family memories. Suitable for all ages, largest home in the area with sleeping arrangements for up to 30 people, a 5+1 bedroom and 5+1 bathroom home (+1 is a separate apartment available for large groups) is located only one hour from Managua on a private beach. A large private relaxing pool with its own whirlpool, hammocks, ping pong table, poker table, bar and many other features makes this home cozy, unique and ideal for any type of gathering, from families, friends, birthdays and weddings. The rental includes 100 kWH of electricity per day.
My wife and I love to travel and explore new cultures, we get many ideas from Asia, Europe, South America and North America to improve our beach home experience for you. We are committed to a fast response to your requests, plus proving extra level of service, from airport transportation, private cook, helping with car reservations and any other need you may have.
Pochomil Viejo is a private beach whose only access is via any of the homes that are beachfront. The nearest public beach is 3 kms away where you can find restaurant, bar and shopping options. It is located one hour from Managua, we will provide you with a detailed map for your convenience.
