Casa Milan is a new-build colonial house, located in the city center of Granada. The house is a perfect combination of historic colonial elements and modern amenities. It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. You'll love the plunge pool in the middle of the lounge area where you can cool off at the end of a hot day. Both bedrooms have Air-Conditioning and their own private en suite bathroom. In the master bedroom you will find a flatscreen tv aswell a little patio in the back of the room. Real hot water from every tap (no electric shower head attachments) means safe access to hot water on demand in shower and all sinks.

We are a Nicaraguan and Dutch couple living in the beautiful colonial city of Granada. Our travels through out the world left us with the idea of starting our guesthouse 'Casa Calala' where fellow travelers can feel at home. We also manage the property of Casa Milan, the house of Marlies' parents in Granada that is named after our son. And located realy close to our guesthouse. Casa Milan is located in the colonial district of Granada in a quiet dead end street. Close to all attractions, but 4 blocks away from late night / early morning noise, so guests can enjoy a peaceful sleep and still walk to tourist attractions, great restaurants and nightlife in less than 5 minutes. Just 1.5 block south of Casa Milan you'll find the church and convent of San Francisco and 3 blocks more south you are in the hustle and bustle of La Calzada Street. With restaurants, bars and nightlife.
