Hello, All or rooms are ubicated in a big colonial mansion with a pool on one side of the rooms and century-old trees on the other side. Perfect place if you want to have a relaxed stay en Managua.

The neighbourhood is called 'Las Colinas', traduced as 'The Hills'.
It is a quiet high end neigbourhood, home to most of the embassies here in Nicaragua.
As it is located in the hills above Managua it is always some degrees cooler than downtown Managua.
