Hello!!! My name is Piero, I am Italian, and 15 years ago I decided to leave the busy life and cold weather of London and move to Nicaragua. In 2016 I opened Al Sole Hotel , and its now 9 years of pure joy !!
We have 11 comfortable rooms with air conditioning , garden view and 1 apartment for 2-4 people. All decorations are simple and rustic, using wood and cane. The property offer a large and cozy garden, a refreshing POOL where you can relax after visiting the beautiful colonial city of Leon or the nearby beach of Las Penitas/Poneloya.
The perfect home away from home.

The property is located in the "barrio" of Zaragoza in the center of Leon, about 6 blocks (15 minutes walking) from the center.
You will enjoy the authentic Nicaraguan life, enjoy the architecture and the night life of this beautiful city.
