We're delighted to be your hosts, dedicated to providing you and your family with a memorable stay and trip in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Our semi-detached, two-story bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 15. This spacious house comfortably accommodates everyone and provides ample parking for 3-4 cars! It boasts an incredibly convenient location, just 10 minutes away from various attractions. The closest landed homestay to the well-known IMAGO shopping mall as well. There are three petrol stations right outside, and you can easily get to popular spots via GRAB for under RM20. Detailed check-in information will be sent via watsapp (WA) when your check-in date is approaching, typically 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival. Upon check-in, we kindly request a security deposit of RM 300 as a standard procedure. For event purposes, security deposit to be collect is RM 500. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to the condition of the property and any additional charges incurred during your stay. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas Please keep noise levels down after 11 pm If you plan to host a party, please let us know in advance. These noises are beyond our control and are unavoidable due to the country's culture and the way houses are constructed.
