From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that Villa Lot 1638 is a privately-owned vacation home. As the property does not have a 24-hour front desk, guests are required to provide their expected arrival and departure times, at least 3 days prior to check-in date, so that key pick-up and drop arrangements can be made.

Please note that check-ins after 22:00 are subject to request and confirmation.

Children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.

All children under 10 years are charged MYR 40 per night for extra beds.

Kindly note that reservations with incorrect name, identification number and nationality will not be accepted by the property.
