Starting from January 1, 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is implemented for all foreign guests staying at the hotel. This tax is separate from the room rate and must be paid during check-in. However, Malaysian citizens with a valid Identity Card or valid permanent residents with MY PR Card are exempt from this tax. Additionally, a heritage charge is applicable per room per night, and this fee should be paid directly to the hotel.

Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel must register at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM 10 per stay. Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary. Level 4 to 6 car parks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis

Breakfast : Buffet breakfast will be charge as following (Unless is selected room & breakfast option) MYR 30 per adult and MYR 25 per child (5 to 12 years old)

Please be advised that each room reservation (breakfast included rates) includes breakfast for two guests only. Any additional breakfasts can be arranged upon check-in.
