From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated guests with proof of their digital COVID-19 vaccination certificate are allowed to check-in at our hotel. Guests who are not / not fully vaccinated with an admissible reason are required to obtain a letter of consent by an appointed Doctor.

Please note that Sunway Lagoon Theme Park opens daily at 10:00 to 18:00.

The hotel is also a smoke-free property. Violators are liable to a fine of RM 400.

As announced by the Government of Malaysia, effective 1st March 2024, the sales & service tax (SST) for hotel accommodation and ancillary services will increase to 8%, which will be reflected in the final bill settlement. Please pay the tax differences direct to hotel upon check in/check out.
