This is my fully furnished private studio room with an attached bathroom and kitchen. It is situated at a high floor of Kozi Square building which gives an outstanding wide city view. My guests will have access to gym and infinity pool at the rooftop managed by the building management. However, effective September 2025, I am unable to provide free parking due to the restrictions imposed by the building management.

I am a local native & Kuching City is my hometown. I am a legal practitioner thus run a legit business here. I strive to ensure the info here is correctly representing my property. I enjoy hosting well mannered guests so they can respectfully enjoy my place too.

It is only 15 minutes drive to the Kuching International Airport, 5 minutes drive to the infamous Satok Suspension Bridge and 5 minutes drive to Kuching Golden Triangle.
