Surrounded by a flagship township with closeby amenities which is perfect for a quite 'small' to 'mid' size family vacation. Our homestay comes with a spacious kitchen space with a view of the pool, BBQ facilities, PS4 games area, free to use bicycle, and small garden to make a memorable vacation. This homestay also comes with a self check-in access for hassle-free check in & out. ***Strictly NO alcohol, drugs, non halal food allowed*** ***Security deposit will be collected before check-in*** -Spring Fields homestay can accomodate 16 guests with maximum of 10 adults - 24 hours security - A private pool suitable for kids and adult - Playground is just beside the house - PS4 games area with 2 wireless controller - Coffee bar area with a dolce-gusto coffee machine to make your favourite coffee - Netfilx & Movies app on 55 inch Android TV to enjoy your latest favourite movie. - Free to use 1 adult and 3 kids bicycle to enjoy cycling the trail around the township and going to South Creek Park or Adventure Park -Airconditioned living area and bedrooms -Hot shower in all bathrooms
