Bedroom 1 with King Size Bed, Bedroom 2 with 2 x Queen Size Beds, with 2 separate bathrooms. 1500sqft apartment, opening up onto a terrace with common area pool, and children’s pool FULLY FURNISHED & READY FOR GUESTS Living Room & Master bedroom TV's - SMART TV's with WIFI - UNIFI WIFI UPGRADED in 2023 Direct terrace access to the pool & children's pool. You have your own small grass area for the kids to play safely. The Host is local born and bred Malaccan, happy to offer any tips or give recommendations for shopping, dining, and tourism. Kitchen: not for cooking - oven, stove top & dishwasher are not for guest use - microwave and rice cooker available - no cookware provided Bedding & Towels: sent to the laundry before & after all periods of tenancy at hosts cost. Floors & Surfaces: apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. We expect you to leave the apartment as you find it (vacuum & all cleaning equipment available).
