1. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax.

2. Mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx): In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00nett per room, per night is applicable to all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please note that the Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.

3. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. A nominal charge may apply for late check-out.

4. A mandatory Incidental Deposit is required upon check-in:

- RM400 per night for Rooms

- RM1,000 per night for Junior Suites & Residential Suites

- RM3,000 per night for Penthouse Suites

- Payment can be made by cash or credit card

6. Maximum number of occupants:

- Executive Pool Rooms: 2 persons

- Junior Suites & 2-Bedroom Suites: 4 persons

- Royal & Imperial Pool Suites, 3-Bedroom Suites: 6 persons

- Presidential Pool Suite: 8 persons

7. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. Baby cribs are available upon request and are subject to availability.

8. Extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at the Hotel.

9. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

10. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons beyond the stated occupancy limit are chargeable at the Hotel’s discretion. A charge of RM60 nett per person applies to the 3rd and 4th person in rooms if amenities are requested.

11. This is a smoke-free property. Smoking in prohibited areas may incur a fine of RM10,000 or imprisonment of up to two years, as per Malaysian law. A RM1,000 cleaning fee will be imposed on guests found smoking in enclosed areas of their rooms.

12. Pets are not permitted on the property. Cooking in rooms, bringing in raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, outside packed food, and use of cooking appliances are strictly prohibited.

13. Room decorations by third parties are not permitted. Special decoration packages are available via request and subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150 nett is required for guests checking in with decorative items such as banners, balloons, glitter, or confetti. These items must be fully removed upon check-out. The Hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit as cleaning fees if decoration materials cause excessive litter or damage.
