此住宿的住客须知

From January 1st, 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempt. Effective from March 1st, 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (sustainability tax) by the state government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.

Please note that guests must wear appropriate swimwear in designated areas only.

Due to the fasting month, the buffet breakfast will be changed to a set breakfast.

The Kids’ Pool will be closed from November 1st, 2025, to November 15th, 2025, as a result of maintenance work.
