Nearest to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Located in Taman Universiti, Skudai, Johor Bahru, Arfaan Guest House is a 5-minute drive away from Aeon Shopping Mall. This affordable accommodations offers stylish guestrooms. English exterior can be seen throughout the guest house.
Arfaan Guest House is located a 5-minute drive from both Government clinic and the Fresh Traditional market. University Teknologi Malaysia is approximately a 15-minutes drive away. Sports centre only a 10-minute walk away.
Rooms are modern and well-appointed. Each is fitted with air conditioning and facilities. Bathroom facilities such as towels, hair syampoo and soap are provided. Hot-water showers are included. Free coffee and sugar is provided.
For meals, sample local specialties along Jalan Pendidikan located just a 5-10 minute drive away. Various dining options are available at the Aeon Shopping Mall located 5 minutes drive away.
