Please note that guests are required to pay in cash upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel only accepts pesos. If the guests arrive late or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged onto their credit card.
Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance by email. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Our hostel reception is only open from 8am to 10pm. If you require an extraordinary check in or check out, please email us and we will arrange it. We are not responsible for flight or any kind of delays.
