Mar y Suenos is just off the beaten path so that guests can enjoy a unique jungle like atmosphere : awaken to parrots and tropical bird songs, enjoy tropical vegetation; ocean views and sounds of the waves. Beach is only 2 1/2 blocks.
Since completion of construction 5 years ago, each year I have focused upon improving each unit. Just recently, we added attractive comfortable chairs and new cushions to the apartment sitting areas and CABLE TV to all units. Parking improvements.
