LOSANTOS was built by ARTIGAS (one of Mexico's most renowned architects and design studios). We also partnered with award winning designers to make each of the Luminas at LOSANTOS unique, stylish, yet practical and convenient.
We have a wide range of Luminas at LOSANTOS, from large 3 bedroom penthouses with private pool that could fit a large group or family to small single room cozy units for a romantic gateway. Most of the units have private plunge pools as well as large terraces to experience the breathtaking jungle views.
The building also has a sizeable clubhouse with a cenote like pool (likely the largest in all of Tulum), gym which is open 24-7 and 2 tournament level padel tennis courts (racquets are not included).

This Lumina is located at LOSANTOS Tulum, likely the most exclusive gated community and condo in all of Tulum. LOSANTOS is a newly formed gated community in the heart of Aldea Zama, in close proximity to all local attractions, including cenotes, the night life, the beach, and much more. Aldea Zama is a pedestrian and bicycle-friendly community, there are lots of walking and biking trails that intertwine throughout the jungle. While exploring these carved out trails, it’s not unusual to come upon a freshwater cenote, a Mayan ruin or an exotic bird.
