We generate our own clean solar energy, and all wastewater is treated through certified biodigestor systems, offering a truly off-grid, environmentally responsible experience. 🌊 Important — Natural Beachfront Setting Although the condo is very comfortable, stylish, and well equipped, it is located inside a natural beachfront environment, surrounded by sand, open landscapes, and a peaceful, lightly developed area.
