Payments made with some type of card will only be accepted at the establishment and the card holder must present the card and his official identification in force at the time of check-in.

Check-in takes place until 19:00. Guests planning to arrive later than these times are kindly requested to inform Hotel Ambassador Mérida in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
