Our friendly staff will make your stay unforgettable and assure to meet your expectations. We speak English and can organise a german speaking advisor.

Our guesthouse Shamar is located only 70m away from the bikini beach on the northern end of the island. We are the only guesthouse on Maamigili that offers an astonishing oceanview. Our building is surrounded by nice gardens and palm trees. You don’t feel the trouble from the small village close by – but you can get anything, what you need for a relaxing holiday. Supermarkets, Restaurants and a Medical Center settled down on the Island. Enjoy with Shamar water activities like SUP or Canoeing in the beautiful lagoon. We are the 1st maldivian landbased dive center with ENOS. As a divecenter (PADI® Certified) we able to provide you unforgettable divetrips to the most beautiful spots in the South Ari Atoll. Dive with the whalesharks after a 10 min. boat ride. Mantarays are only 30 min. far away by boat

Our guesthouse is situated in a typical Maldivian neighborhood. The place is very peaceful but local shops and stores in the city can be reached within some minutes easily.
