The property can be reached by a 45-minute speedboat ride from Male International Airport to the resort.
Children from the age of 0–2 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal plan accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages.
Please note that a green tax of USD 12 per child, per night is applicable additionally.
Children aged 2–11 years pay a supplement of USD 120 per child.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.
Seaplane transfer for both ways:
Transfer service fee per adult: USD 650
Transfer service fee per child (from 2 to 11 years old): USD 360

The resort require full flight details at least 7 days prior to guest arrival in order to guarantee the seaplane seats.
Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in Constance Lounge or additional supplement for speedboat arrangement or there might be the option of an overnight stay in Male with an additional cost.
Guests arriving in Male from the international flight after 15:30 (Male time) will not be transferred to the resort on the same day and will require overnight accommodation in Male at their own expense.
Please note that return transfer to Male (airport/hotel/airport) will be at the guest’s own expense. They will be transferred to Constance Halaveli, Maldives, the following day in the morning.
The guests who are leaving from the Male International Airport prior to 09:00 will be transferred the previous day in the afternoon, and guests will require an overnight stay in Male at their own expense.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
