My name is Cathy and I'm half English and half Spanish. I have been travelling around the world for most of my life.. so many beautiful countries to see and so many stories to share :)) After coming back to Europe I settled for a while in London but when I came to Malta on holiday I fell in love with this hidden gem in the Med and decided to move over here.. The crystal blue waters, the never ending historical sites and the huge variety of things to do make it a great destination to visit, not only that but with the sun shining for 300 days of the year it makes you wake up with a smile on your face! I love nature, travelling, learning languages, entertaining and most of all, my two french bulldogs Moco & Lola (who live with me they do not share any of the communal areas with guests unless asked to do so ) After spending the last two years renovating this typical Maltese house of Character I look forward to welcoming you to my home..

Large double rooms in a refurbished typical Maltese house of character situated in the village core of St Julians, 5 minutes walking from restaurants, cafe', public transports and seafront. Room with air con and wi-fi, it is perfect for couples and travellers looking for something authentic. “The Stone House” is believed to be more than 200 years old and the story so far is that it was built on land called "Tal- Geblin" that in english means "Of Stone" and such land belonged to Catherina Cassar concubine to one of the Knights of Malta. The land was later bequeathed to the Order of the Carmelites of Mdina.

Saint Julian's is situated on Malta’s eastern coast and it is a small town that successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist center. Malta isn’t known for its sandy beaches, so it’s a bit of a bonus that you’ve got a small, Blue Flag patch at St George’s Bay, 10-minutes’ walk from Spinola Bay (watch out as St George’s Bay can get crowded during high season). There are many wild areas to sunbathe on smooth rocks along the town, where you can climb down into the crystal clear water with ladders scattered across the coastline. If you are a diver, you can enjoy exploring shipwrecks in the area. And around and about there are also a couple of busy lidos that for a small fee get you a swimming pool with sunloungers. At night, you can enjoy authentic Maltese cooking at a waterfront restaurant in Spinola Bay (where you can find also Italian, Asian, Indian and other kind of world cousine) and end end your evening either tasting a lovely icecream on the long promenade heading to Sliema or a cocktail in Paceville.
