This charming 28 m² air-conditioned flat with sea view, less than one kilometre from the beach, with swimming pool and jacuzzi, can accommodate up to 3 people and is located in the commune of Sainte-Luce. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² living room with TV - A sleeping area with 1 single bed and 1 king-size bed (180×200) - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A shared, unheated swimming pool open all year round (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence). - A shared jacuzzi available all year round - A 10 m² balcony to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
